Vaivora and velco weapon as skin

i remember that there was victory dungeon event which gives old weapon as a skin like twinkle rod
can you considering making velco weapon skinnable?
or instead create velco skin item and makes it as reward through event just like the victory dungeon
also do it to vaivora weapon cause its a good skin but its too pricey for a skin (no argue for those whale who already did it)
