Btw, the chats are a mess up too, cannot open them or they are just dead, like guild chat.
Just re install the game. I did it and now its perfect
Reinstalled the game, still stuck on the loading screen. That’s pretty much it for me, game was already freezing all the time.

I had this problem months ago, here a link that worked for me:
i dont think specs has anything to do with it since this bug doesnt happen to all of my characters. it’s a shame that it affected to the one im curetly levelling too ; w ;
chat is also wonky
there’s this weird feel when i load to a town, everything is blank first, then slowly loads everything up
Okay, I summarized what we have until now and share what we found to the devs, many of the solutions seems scattered and even the one who faces symptoms too, so far we are checking suspicious spots we found in the systems, but until then if anyone else found working solution please share us so we might track back from there
So far that I have tried with these methods and they are not working (still stuck in the loading page, never get any black screen or load into the map after waiting for several minutes):
- Verify integrity of game files before I re-install the game
- Re-install the game without any add-on
- Switching lodges for the issue characters
- Login with different computer with different network
I’m also checking system informations and datas if there is any common ground on this one.
So far we received 23 tickets about this matter. I hope we receive more to check it out.
We would like to request about this issue, after receiving this hotfix, continue to send us their lastreply files from the following directory: Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay/lastreplay

Same thing here :S i’ve tryed like 4 times already
Managed to log in to Klaipeda for some minutes, but as soon as I entered an instance through the group finder, I got stuck on the loading screen again. Got the lastreplay file here, but you can’t upload anything other than an image on the forum, so…
How do you want the lastreplay file uploaded and sent? Support ticket only has a button to upload an image.
Please upload your lastreplay file on a separate file sharing site and send us the link.
Sent dropbox lastreplay* , c’mon guys adjust your support ticket page to allow non image and a reply(!!) button
