Bug Description : I opened 8 Silver Lottery Chests, but some didn’t work and gave me ZERO silver, please help! I don’t want to have thrown away my Medals in vain!

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. buy many lottery chests
2. open them up very fast
3. ???
4. Bug

Please fix this, I want my medals back!!

Up! Should I request a reimburse for this? I bought TP -> opened chests -> turned content into medals -> Bought silver lottery -> it bugged and I lost the real money I invested.
