I confuse SEA and SA server and filled out the ticket to the SEA server but this was a mistake .
Please don’t move my account to the SEA server.
I already remove this ticket but do not know if this is enough.

Wait… transfering to SA? is that even exist? 
ps. you can cancel request to transfer before they start tranfering. Look around that support page, it’s must have cancel button somewhere.
If you deleted your ticket, then the request has been cancelled and you don’t need to worry about it. This applies to everyone else as well, so please spread the word in case someone else panics. Thank you. 
They announced they would start taking requests for transfers to the SA server after the transfers to EU/SEA have been done.

Today my fear became real.
Even removing the ticket I was moved from server.
In part it said it would not be possible to cancel the transfer I watched , but please do not let me lose all my progress, I’m playing from the first day, more than 6 hours a day , do not let me lose everything I won by a stupid mistake.

My team was transferred, too, even though I cancelled the ticket. I asked why it happened, and it seems like we had to delete the ticket before the deadline (April 24th) in order to have the ticket removed completely.
This system baffles me and I was severely appalled to hear that explanation. I really don’t understand how things function around here, but I’m going to appeal to the team tomorrow to see if I can either have your transfer reverted or provide you with the necessities to restore your team.

I connected Telsiai server beacuse my main charcater was in there
But I couldn’t find my main character and I saw transferred character from Orsha to Telsiai
I feel depressed beacuse I bought DLC1 and Used Token and TP
