Logged in and started party for uphill, loaded into mission, no torch spawned.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- There are no steps.
- Just load into uphill mission.
- Happens on solo or with party.
- Sometimes the torch does not appear, ie. HAPPENS RANDOMLY.
