After Rebuild, UpHill mode is extremely difficult to do alone or with a group. I suggest lessening the difficulty or improving the rewards. The players, in general, prefer not to do, being complicated to arrange a party.
I also suggest changing the number of weekly entries, decreasing the number of entries and increasing the number of rewards. In this way, it becomes less tedious to do this instance, increasing the number of players who would like to do it.
