Bug Description :
I upgraded my graphics card. Now I get 10 fps instead of 30 on my old graphics card.

FYI, I have a nvidia graphics card now. I used to have AMD. My nvidia drivers are up to date, downloaded from the website. I am on the latest Windows patch.

Find out if TOS is really using your Nvidia GPU and not your CPU.
