Upents- A Drowsy Scent. 0 FPS/Sudden Death

Please fill in as much as you can :

Date and Time :5/15/2016-5/17/2016

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) :Keyboard

Bug Description :Basically you start the quest and follow through until you reach the battle where the upents are sleeping, you have to fight them after putting the bomb but get ambushed by villager banshees. Scene goes on then they approach, but as they approach FPS drops all the way to 0, chopped up to 0.36 fps. Stays like that for a while, then after a couple of seconds you show up dead, with the mobs circling around you. The game plays fine everywhere else, until those six large mobs start to get close and bunch up. I’ve tried restarting, redownloading, and closing any apps or programs that could make it lag, but it still happens.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Start the quest.
  2. Finish up to the upents boss battle.
  3. Activate bomb and wait for the banshees.
  4. Cutscene ends and end result is lag or 0 fps.

Yeah, I did. The game runs alright for everything else not the best fps, but runs well. It’s just that one boss area. Dunno. Scene starts fine, normal fps. Cutscene ends and BOOM drops all the way to 0 fps.

How would I go about doing that, I’m not exactly sure. I’m playing it via steam. What would I be looking for exactly?

Says one file failed to validate and will be reacquired. So, guess that was the missing file. Do I just reinstall or what’s going to happen. Or did it do it already?
