Updater/patcher.version.txt(975) alert when launching the game

Hello guys,

Yesterday I downloaded the Tree of Savior game and I bought the Founder Pack 3.Yesterday, I launched the game to see if there was any server list, and to see the face of the game when it is loaded. But, today, right now, I’m having this problem when I launched the game, opened up an alert saying:

“Failed to download list file. Please try again as administrator.
updater/patcher.version.txt(975)”

In the nexts updates this will be corrected? Need I download the game again?
(I have already done the installation of the DLC)

Same here, it is because some server maintenance? (IP from Brazil)

Looking for the solution in the Steam Community of Tree Of Savior, I have found a comment of guy in the folowing link: http://steamcommunity.com/app/372000/discussions/0/385428458174153427/

The comment was:
“I went into the folder where ToS was installed, in my case SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release\patch and I right clicked the file ToS.exe and did run as administrator and it is now patching,…”

My patcher is working normally now, I did what is described above!
Yeahhhhhhhh…now I can listen the beautiful music of the game, and an empty list of server.[problem solved to me]

Not Working for me.

I have tried;

Uninstalling from Steam Library and Removing the whole TreeOfSavior folder under SteamApps\common.

Reinstalling Tree Of Savior.

Run Verify Integrity of Game Cache… (All Files Verified Ok).

Replaced .xml files from Known Issues thread.

Run ToS.exe as Administrator.

Restarted PC.

No Anti-Virus Installed. (Manual Scan and Clean)
No Firewall Installed.

I was able to Play on Saturday the 2nd of April (02/04/2016) now suddenly i can not launch the Game.
