It’s really just a matter of how you format your post. OP simply added a bit of his opinions about the stats he posted (which show the exact same thing as steamcharts for example: a decrease in population) and it immediately made his thread immune to insults and name callings.
Feedback is good and all that but everyone has their own ideas and convictions. Everyone is convinced that their feedback is right and constructive while others’ feedback is trolling and spam.
In the end it’s all on IMC. They need to have a clear vision themselves and a clear direction for their game and follow user feedback sparingly and carefully.
And so far, they haven’t been very clear about what they want their game to be. Updates are rare and don’t have any long lasting effects. There’s not enough things to keep players entertained.
Just ignore it. If you don’t like something then just ignore it and focus on things you like.
