Hope I can play this time. I wasn’t chosen at first on the last one, but on the second round of keys i got one and didn’t realize it til it was over. I really want to test the game out.
Can’t you just put the key into steam? Or did the key somehow expire? Because I think all you need is the client and you’re set.

If you have a key, you’re already included in the list of testers for the 2nd icbt, i believe.
you can enter your key to steam, download the client and simply wait until the servers are open.
at least, i think that is what they mean by “the testers that played before being able to return”.
