options of the equipped items like hair accs, all stat+14 from max petamion, mdef bonus from grynas set etc?
its literally says allow options of the equipped items to take effect meaning all your hard earn plus 15 eq and earth tower gears will take on effect.
Or that may be about transcendence and awakening. Will see.
I am 70% sure it is just a stupid copy/paste patch note from KR that we actually already have (like many “skill changes” that we already had implemented, such as Cyclone, Forst Cloud and Steady Aim nerfs).
This “allow options” would be the special effects such as Ignition’s burn and set bonuses.
But would be nice if every secondary effect (like + elemental atk) worked, but keeping equipment values of atk and defense standartized as of now.

Ignition’s burn and set bonuses like Capri alrdy has been working b4 this was announced. So i dont think so and if things like arde fire property is taken on effect its 100% certain ur plus 15 gear will count in too
yeah WTF? I just learned about the standardized equips this week.(Yes I am noob I have to GitGud) then I read this??? over 9000 WTF!!!
atleast I can use my sage wall now against wizards which maybe has a 1200 pdef and 4000 matk from their equips lol
There are lots of things in this patch notes that were arealdy working before the announcement… Check the KR version, whatever it is like (there), it will be the same here.
R.I.P. Team Battle League for me… I can’t compete against player’s who has +29 items 
Its just a visual effect guys, now if you have +10/+25 equipament they will glow.
I think this already exist on iTOS but they just control + c / control + v the korean update on google translate and put on iTOS website

If that’s true, then it’s comforting to hear.
I also presumed they just meant that all proc effects are fixed (since some doesn’t seem to work as reported by some players).
Make wind runner work <3 wr + samediveve = bokorphract.
A big part of our Patch notes come from the same KTOS ones from a month ago, that’s why it has stuff like 3 overheat Skyliner…
