Does upcoming buff increased spear throw skill dmg by 3 times or just make it hit 3 times with same skill dmg? I tried looking any info for upcoming spear throw buff but didnt find anything.
it adds additional hits, so however they normally work. pretty sure it splits the skill damage into three, then adds your p.atk and crits to each one.

It does 3 hits with 100% damage each hit similar to kunai
