If anyone is looking for an up to date skill/rank simulator, you can use tos camp for it.
Language settings can be changed to english after making an account. you do not need any personal information to make an account. Just think of an ID/Nickname and a password!
Functions abit like tosbase where you search for builds under base class/subclass and filter by likes etcetc.
You can also leave comments under other people’s builds as well!
