I’ve seen some shop names with emojis or seems using different font, how to make a shop name like those, also is it allowed?
People used to get banned for using these codes to change font in the past, I don’t think it have changed, at least they didn’t announced if it’s allowed now.

I don’t think there is specific rules, maybe something generic in the EULA but I am sure people has been banned before for using that.
If you search “big font” on forum you can see posts like these that the staff has perma banned people for doing that:
