Unusal Lag/Delay In Teslial [SEA] Server?

My ping was fine until this few day. When i checking back the ping, it reach terrible 500ms up from 100ms which i normally experience. Last time in Orsha my ping was around 400ms and it is still playable but right now i am feeling the lag is unusual even you try to talk to NPC for quest. Anynody experience the same thing?

Unplayable lag on Telsiai

Until this evening it was more or less smooth apart from occasional lags and dungeon issues. But right now it became simply unplayable. Action goes on for 1 second, then for 3-4 seconds characters and monsters just standing still. Can't use skills or anything. Even chat messages are getting noticeable delays.
