It’s been two weeks with no response, so it is obvious that they will continue to ignore me. It is sad to know that I can not count with IMC support on the future.
Today they finally answered my tickets, apologizing for the late response and saying that they have no ways to make the return of TPs.
I am an understanding person, but what really irritated me was have been clearly ignored. And be ignored when we are talking about lost money pisses anyone.

I already did it last week. Steam support was very helpful in trying to help me but they said they can not do anything to return my TPs, but referred all evidence that I sent to the proper department.
Refunds on In-game Purchases
Steam will offer refund for in-game purchases within any Valve-developed games within forty-eight hours of purchase, so long as the in-game item has not been consumed, modified or transferred. Third-party developers will have the option to enable refunds for in-game items on these terms. Steam will tell you at the time of purchase if the game developer has opted to offer refunds on the in-game item you are buying. Otherwise, in-game purchases in non-Valve games are not refundable through Steam.
