[UNSOLVED] Available Skill point is lost

Hi IMC Games, i have send a support ticket since 2 May 2016 and request for a update on 13 May 2016 regarding about my character lost Available Skill point, as after recent maintenance my issue don’t seem to be solved.

The problem happen on 2 May 2016, i received a error 40 in the Mission Dungeons while trying to level up my skill but it can’t level up, so i try to do it after the Mission Dungeons and found out that my skill point is gone, you can see in the screenshot that my available skill point is zero while i in class level 10 while all my skill total level is only 9.

even todaymy Elementalist in C2 class level 6 while all my skill total level is only 20 which i shall have 21 instead. while Skill reset potion have been tested before also can’t get back the skill point,

I have send the support ticket since 2 May 2016, 13 May 2016 and 25 May 2016, it have been a month from the case report and i didn’t get any progress update for the issue that i am in. is this issue able to solve a not? if not then what will be the follow up as i already spend TP for this character. or do your development staff can come out something like a skill point potion item which i can just apply to the character and restore my skill point?
