Unresponsive Gamepad Controls

It seems that post-patch, if I try to use a skill by hitting both R1 + X at the same time, that the skill will not go off and I will jump instead.

I have to hold down R1, wait a bit, then hit X. This is a huge gameplay change that affects classes like cleric that need twitch reactions to heal someone.

Keep in mind im just using R1 + X as an example, this is occurring for all hotkeys on gamepad. Is this intended or a bug that can be fixed?

Just confirming this, L and R buttons seems to have this issue since last patch but doesn’t look like everyone has it. Basically, there’s a delay or detection issue while pressing any of the skill set buttons, maybe related to lag, most of the time it doesn’t work but sometimes it does.
