[Unresolved] Unable to claim Founder Package issue SINCE end of JUNE

Dear IMC,

Dear IMC, i had made the complaint since early of July for the above matter, it was promised that the matter would be looked into and resolved as soon as possible. I felt like i had been cheated and spending my money without getting the item that i should have.

Kindly find the complaint list as below: (dated since early of July till now)

And - currently the item had been removed from my lodge notice without able to claim! this is just unacceptable!

I hope that this matter will be look into seriously. it had been prolonged since the issue been found.

What should i do when all the ticket, complains been ignored without any feedback nor support?

keep spamming the forum. put it in all sections with the staff tagged. maybe one of them will roll around and do something about it.
send in another ticket and pray…

have you tried sending in a ticket to steam as well?
Also see if you can do a charge back for your paypal, credit card or however you used to pay for it. If goods are not received, you should be able to get your money back.

Yes sir, i am contacting Steam at the moment, they’re refering me back to IMC, and i’m re-liaising with Stem to see if refund is an option. In addition, i had also send in personal message to the tagged Staff, hopefully they will assist me in this matter.

I do not feel right that a customer who had paid are ignore and goods not received. and to be honest i had been playing for 600+ hours, it’s just a total turn down to me when empty promised are given… i’m not even asking for compensation, just the stuff that i am entitled to which i paid it with my hard earned money.

You’re not the only player who has been screwed by IMC. A lot of players have left because of how IMC handles problems, tickets, and the game.

they gave me a exclusive access 3, when I bought 1…
