it says i need to claim ep 10 rewards or reach char lv 390
so characters that are lv 390 are the only ones to do subquests?
or all characters in a team get to do subquests regardless of level if you claim ep10 rewards? (since you can claim episode rewards once per team)
btw, im trying to get pink hair for a new char and my highest lvl char is 391
