Why it’s your core clock down clocks like crazy while playing?

The game isn’t locked to 60 FPS, you need to turn off V-sync to get above that, you could also set a setting in the user.xml to enable true full screen and it seems doing this has made fps better for alot of people. only catch is you can’t alt-tab, you full exit game to get to desktop.
