Unhelpful support team in Ticket

A record for all of the players that play this game. I am a player who had play the games for 700hours+ and this my ticket had been repeating over and over again without being resolved. I feel this is a problematic behavior of supporting team by not doing their role. The below is for your record

Package from DLC Founder package which unable to be claimed as complaint before and the founder package had gone without a trace(After server patch on 17 August recently) below:

Dear Sir,

I am again refered here by Steam http://imgur.com/a/001BK confirmation had been made from steam that the payment had been made and item not received should refer to IMC. Kindly feedback for the following matters. All information had been given since early of July, additional info as requested also been given to IMC. Despite of my effort to make thing right, it seems the supporting team ARE NOT doing proper role of theirs.

Despite of being able to claim for the newly launched package, i am still unable to received the DLC founder package which i previously complaint since early of july, and were found that my founder package had gone without a trace(After server patch on 17 August recently) even though i have not received any feedback from IMC since the claim been lodge. I hope that this matter will be look into seriously. it had been prolonged since the issue been found.

I am refering to the previous bug which caused me unable to claim DLC after selection of character to be given to. The previous ticket which sent in for your further action which dated as below:

6th ticket - 8/11/2016 - Unable to Claim DLC - 6th ticket (Auto feedback with no clear motive to support, not satisfied with this)
