Unclaimed Mail Rewards/Compensation Deleted

Bug Description :
I logged on after the patch. Only to find all my mail with unclaimed “compensations” deleted. The date of expiration was the 17th of June, so I was expecting at least another week to claim them. I wouldn’t have created a topic if it was only a couple of items(I even held out on creating this one). But I lost out on at least 8 multiply tokens, including the 20 fortune cookies that came with.

the expiration date was 6th of june 2017 they just put the date on the korean format with the year first

Matter of fact, that makes sense. Dang, that sucks if true. Would be my fault for not noticing two 6s though.
