This spammer for all intents and purposes is unblockable. Even if you manually enter their name it will not block them- Right click blocking doesn’t work either. And if you highlight them with the mouse cursor and move it about there are two names occupying their space- but right click selecting the mass will not show the other player or entities name. So you cannot view character info on the sdsd named one.
Even LKchat users say that their auto block will not work on them- Showing a blank name with the block report.
They are also hiding within other merchants so interaction button investigating can’t be done due to merchants taking target/interact priority.
