Anyone having the same issue here? Boss keep healing when hp drop to 70m .
You need to do more damage to counter its regeneration!
HP sponges and RMT checks are the two main raiding mechanics in tos.

Isn’t he reversing your heal tiles to heal himself by % ?
Wasn’t there a change for bosses in the last patch? I think I read that all high level bosses now have a skill that allows them to heal when down to 10% health. And I think they can use that skill once. If it’s not the case (they use it everytime), then it’s a critical bug and should be fixed asap…
