He asked you something you straight ignored a GM, and I used the term loosely, you were recording your botting like most botters do, you got caught now, don’t try to look innocent lol.

Not sticking around
Good. He’s got a dumpster to occupy.
And of course he was botting
See my name for hue.
According to the eula and terms of service, bans are not final. However no info is given on how these unbans work.
IMC has got minimal info regarding bans in the terms of service which basically allows them to ban anyone but…whats the requirement and criteria for IMC to lift a ban? I bet no GM can answer this because they don’t seems to have a set of rules. So in conclusion, “When they feel like it”, “Darts-throwing decision making”, “Indecisive”, “Your contribution (purchases)”.
IMC and their ways of doing things.
Seems you are new to the internet and digital services.
I welcome you to 2016, please enjoy your stay after you read these vague terms of service.
Eula and terms of service are generally not legally enforceable anyway.
Missing Rules of Conduct, and IMC never mention permanent ban, so I assume that all bans only last 1 month, aka Suspension?
IMC uses the word ‘may not’ suggesting possibilities of player ‘may’ do the mentioned activity.

All you have to understand is everything is at IMC’s discrection and everything is treated on a case by case basis. It’s how every video game eula works.
haha you mean thats how IMC works.

The rules are optional which is why ToS is full of hackers and cheaters.

You should of skipped to 2050, when we’re playing wow killer, world of starcraft on our moon bases. What a bad time to choose.
gotta teach IMC how to time travel.
I can teach you both, but first you gotta read my vague EULA.
