I donāt think every botter out there programs their own bot. 99.9% of all botters probably bought their bot program for cash. Thus, is the bot seller gives his bot a captcha solver all people who buy the bot will have captcha-solving bots.

Sometimes thereās desync issues that make bots look like theyāre running into walls. The jumping they only do if thereās a known collision box they canāt simply walk over, theyāll also start to swerve if jumping doesnāt help. Tested by trapping with my icewall.

At first I thought you were just talking about the GM being more clear about things AND the chat window being able to be hidden and I agreed with that.
Then we seemed to be unable to agree that ignoring a GM when a video clearly shows that Avidity saw the GM and the GMās messages being sent and chose to ignore him while continuing to pretend to be a bot justifies a ban.
Thatās the only thing that I donāt understand with your logic and Iām trying, trust me I am. Because I was falsely banned for botting in Eden Eternal so my concerns for false bans are here. But in Eden Eternal no one messaged me and I saw no GM, it was just poof gone.

He had what? 12 minutes to reply to that GM. Nothing unreasonable about it.
He had been suspected of casual botting and he publicly admitted to sympathizing with casual botters. Then he proceeds to act like a bot and bait a GM.
Even if he wasnāt botting, pretty easy to see why a GM would have come to the conclusion that he did.
Could he get unbanned? Maybe. But remember that IMC has the authority to permaban for any reason so it isnāt really an intelligent thing to do this to a GM, especially having made a public stance supporting casual botting in a previous thread.
Could a GM or IMC āfalselyā ban someone? Sure. But in this case there was nothing false about it.
Now what could the GMs do differently (but still doesnāt change Avidityās ban being justified)?
If the player refuses after this, then the he or she is banned under suspicion of botting. That is a very fair and reasonable approach.
OK, Iāll try again. My main point is:
Now letās assume that we have 3 persons:
All of them are getting banned. How many people that were banned after a such procedure should be unbanned?
My answer is ALL. Because they were banned under the wrong algorithm with a high probability of false-positives. No personal feelings like: āHe is a botter, liar and douchebag everyone knows itā or āHe is not a botter, he is a cool guy and my guildmasterā should be mixed here.
And if OP would be banned properly, he would not create a topic or there would be no discussion here. Only pure hatred and laugh.
