Considering you’re the only admin for the ToS Wiki, yea you’re a little missed. Sadly this game is so lonely I had to solo my way 95% of the time to Saule so I won’t find anyone else I know here.
I’d help you with the wiki if you want, maybe starting December, since there’s the CBT2, and then the whole NaNoWriMo thing.
From my experiences dealing with companies, you can’t use nor sell the product commercially without any consent from the parent company. In this case, IMC can sue that person actually because of an unauthorized use of their logo. Doesn’t matter if it was tweaked, changed or modified as long as it bear resemblance to the original logo (as long as it is trademarked). If this was for personal use and not for sell, maybe there wouldn’t be any problem but that is IMC call to make.
P/S: If you’re gonna make a merchandise, do a dakimakura of the goddesses, for educational purposes.

I’m waiting until launch to start documenting stuff since that’ll be when all translations are finalized. That’s why the lore wiki has been on hiatus for a while. Don’t want to have to make a lot of redirect pages for stuff that may or may not get changed.
That said, your efforts would be put to better use on TOSBase since meta-game information is more important at this stage in the game’s life.

Usually the site (red bubble) should handle things like this. You should report it to them, as I’m pretty sure they have a policy against putting copyrighted image on merchandise and selling it through their site.
I don’t want to report him unless I know for a fact he was not granted permission to profit from the logo, hence this thread. Would be nice if a CM could weigh in on this.
Dude is still there profiting off the logo and it seems I can’t even report him since I’m not the copyright holder of the TOS logo.
I’m guessing by the inaction of IMC Games, this guy has been given the okay to profit off the logo.

It’s called Bird Watching. They’re gonna sit back and watch him profit a bit more, and then when it seems like he’s profited a good amount, they file a lawsuit and can demand a higher payout penalty. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Although, it honestly doesn’t look like he’s making anything worthwhile from this. There’s no Goddess choices, no Monster-themed candy (Keppa Kandy), just that plain logo. Doesn’t seem like it’s worth the effort until he gets more creative and/or markets the stuff.
