Unanswered Ticket from 2 weeks ago

Oh, well. It’s been almost two weeks since I sent a ticket to IMC staff to remove the unfair ban from my account.
Since BigBrawl came up, I tried to log in my account (which I haven’t logged the entire last month), and then it pops-up a screen telling me that I can’t log in.
I had quitted the game because of bugs and instability, but even so I need my account. I’m one of the administrators from Tree of Savior Brasil and need to log in a few times to get some information and cover the brazilian community about ToS’s updates.
Two weeks and no answers from IMC Staff.
Anyone else suffering with big waitings from IMC’s support?

Hmm, someone have similar problem. Now I’m waiting 17 day for any response from that company. I got same message like you. I gone for about 1-2 weeks and saw that message about restricted from server. Now I’m really mad. ‘‘Fedimian’’ if someone ask.

It’s been one month already since I posted about my issue.

I sent them 4 or 5 message and they do not response for them. I never used any 3rd party apps, and bots and other *hit. I uderstand they working on all things, have so many tickets all day. But, really waiting 1 month for any stupid answear? My account isn’t any pro, but I spent that stupid 10$ for founder, and now I’m restricted for NOTHING. And more funny is, I’m not only one, because you have same problem like me. They are really have in 3 letters their customers, ‘‘players’’. I sent first ticket 26.07.2016 (but I was blocked
earlier) now we have 25.08.2016. Funny things. :alien:

THEY SAY NEVER send a ticket again and be patient

I see, so the message i sent 24 hours ago i should assume will never be answered then it seems. Good to know.

They where so fast to reply when i first sent a message to tell me i should be sending it to ban appeal when i sent it to server issues area, under 10 minutes i believe.

@STAFF_Amy - Not sure if you meant me but i deleted my old ticket now because i found screenshots to help fill in some spots i left blank on the previous. I haven’t logged on in 4 months was waiting on servers to move but im pretty sure it was server SEA Telsiai and team name Tatertot.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My ticket remain there, unanswered… I think it’s really awful from IMC to make me come here (to the fórum), complain about the support that should have solved my problem months ago by the responsable team.

I feel very disapointed, but since this is de ONLY way, here we go:

Don’t worry mine is still there too. The game will be dead before you can manage to play it again.

Update: finally got a reply stating they apparently looked into my ban and won’t be lifting it. Sent another request to try find out why and got told they can’t tell me due to security reasons? I still can’t find anything in the Eula or tos that I broke but I guess it’s irrelevant.
