Unable to type at the ingame chat and also create a new character

I cannot type in the character’s name field, while creating a new one nor type at the ingame chat with an old character. Tried commands such as ctrl + c and ctrl + v and also virtual keyboard, none worked. Sent a ticket to staff, was instructed to verify game cache but that didnt fix either.

Any known fixes? Thanks in advance.

Unresolved indeed this is like the fourth thread I have seen so far with this problem an I have no memory of what causes it or the fix

@GM_Francis any insight other than “Send thicket to support”?_?
