Basically the title, unable to submit any support tickets even with a steam account linked.

What does it tell you when you try to submit one ? Any error message ?

Well, as you can see on his screenshot, it’s bottom right, in the blueish background. It doesn’t appear on your browsers ?
Oh. Now I see it. Very non-user friendly design. It is ok now, I can send tickets, they work.
