Unable to receive DLC

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Click on Notification
  2. Select Premium Box
  3. Select character to receive
  4. Error ‘None’ display

Did you try sending a ticket to the support? It’s more likely that they respond to a ticket than a forum post.

I did send a ticket to the support, on the same day as i started this thread. No respond from either side.

Is this the usual level of support for this game? Now im getting a new error which says “This DLC package can be redeemed in 3 hours”, but after so many hours it still says the same thing.

I have provided you screenshots of my transaction with my steam account name, invoice number, date issued and payment method, and the error shown when i attempt to retrieve the DLC, and you’re asking me for a f_cking screenshot?

Dont tell me that there’s alot on your plate, when i paid for this sh_it.

i have the same problem, but IMC dont solve this for me… i already sent 5 tickets and the bug persists… i have a lot of prints of this and IMC dont help me…
