Unable to progress in quests

Every time i try to pick up a new quest, it does not register in my quest journal.

Also, when trying to do the main quest “To The Mines,” I am unable to get the explosives from Vaidotas. I talk to him and tell him that i am ready, but he never gives the quest items and the quest says to “talk to Vaidotas” but he doesn’t respond after the initial conversation.

I was doing fine questing last night, but now I am unable to go any further in the game.

Is anyone else having these issues?

With me is the same thing, it’s like some kind of delay, I can’t pick up quests, I have to switch channel many times to do this, thats offle

I can’t talk properly to npcs at all. It’s basically impossible to progress. I’m lucky to be able to get/turn in quest once every 5 minutes. Needless to say I got fed up with the BS and now I’m posting here.
