Type of Bug : The purifier(s) that you need to “interact” with does not provide any speech/text box indicating the random number needed to complete the quest. I attempted to interact with all five (5) of the purifiers needed for the quest (Open Sesame) and not one of them provided a number. In order to complete the quest, I need to “type in chat” the five-digit string obtained from the “purifiers”.
Date/Time and Location : September 9, 2016 / Crystal Mine 1F and 2F

Description : Purifier(s) are not providing the “number(s)” needed to proceed with the quest. The quest will reward +1 DEX at the end.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

Go to Crystal Mine Lot 2 - 1F

Go to Reinforced Work Area to trigger the hidden quest “Open Sesame” (with all prerequisites completed of course).

Receive quest and proceed to Crystal Mine 1F to interact with the first “Purifier”.

No number(s) displayed by any of the purifiers; unable to proceed with quest.

I AM IN NO WAY/SHAPE/FORM ASKING FOR HOW TO DO THE QUEST/COMPLETE IT.
I HAVE ALREADY DONE SO WITH MY PREVIOUS CHARACTERS.
HOWEVER, IT APPEARS TO BE BROKEN AS OF THE LATEST PATCH(ES).
