Unable To launch game after patcher

Bug Description :
Tried to launch the game . Patcher opens and does his thing and then it completes and nothing happens . The game did not open or anything the patcher just disappears and nothing happens .

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Launched the game from steam
  2. Patcher ends
  3. Nothing Happens

Try these steps:

Open Release folder. Delete all the XML file types. Then Verify Game Cache Integrity. You can also check: [Guide] How to Fix "The client has been shutdown due to an error."

I have done the delete XML file solution a couple times now it is still not working
