Bug Description :
After the maintenance patch on 4/October players aren’t able to equip Bracelet gears type on the two slots. We’re only able to equip in one of those slots, either only Bracelet 1 or only Bracelet 2.
Whenever you try to equip the second bracelet you get the warning message:
“You need to learn the required attributes to use this weapon.”

Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Try to equip a bracelet in any slot.
- Try to equip a bracelet in the other slot.
- You will get the warning message and will be unable to equip the second one.
