Unable to equip ANY bracelets

Bug Description :
Unable to equip any bracelets. I was trading someone my didel tower shield and i noticed that my bracelets was unequipped, so after the transaction I tried to equip my archmage but it did not work. I proceeded with trying any bracelets with no success

Was about to make a post for this, so I’ve a video to add. I am also on Klaipeda server.

Personally I am able to re-equip bracelets when in a field/dungeon. But someone I spoke with a few minutes ago said they can’t even do that. So it looks like the issue varies a little from player to player.
