Unable to enter certain area

Bug Description :
I was in orsha then i walk to enter to the map above, and the load screen turn in black, then when i try to play that character the game crush.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. go to the map upper orsha

I already fix this, create a new character then go to the same map, leave him there and log into de bugged char, i also change of channel

I am having the same problem! It happened to me on exactly the same map. Have submitted a ticket about it.
