Same happening with me.
After days and days trying to get that Vubbe Fighter Blood I finally got one and now I’m unable to craft it.
Did you transfer your recipe from other char? 'Cause I did that and I’m guessing that may be the reason.
EDIT1: Yep. That was the reason on my situation. I just bought one recipe from the market and was able to craft the item. I’m going to open a ticket and report the bug.
