Bug Description :
bought 300 TP on SEA VARENA server. unable to claim TP,. did all possible troubleshoot. even uninstalled TOS.

@GM_Francis can you somehow retrieve the 310 TP and send it to my lodge mailbox instead? easier than letting me wait until you will fix bug.

Same here, They didn’t solve it. R$100,00 for nothing, now the money is stuck on steam and I don’t want to spend on games, I just put for this game.
Came on, it’s so simple, just give TP for the ones that this happened. Instead they just send a ā€œmade answerā€ that they send to everyone. We are buying a product and you are not giving it, it is so frustating, I spend my money for nothing…

I just got the same issue today when I bought TP this morning. Now 10 hrs already … couldn’t get the point.

I’ve been having this issue since 12/24 and sent in 3 tickets and their response is to wait and respond to the first ā€œthreadā€, does that mean my first ticket? Well I can’t see my first ticket because they deleted. I’m just not confidant they’ll ever give me my TP. I did buy some more TP subsequently to test to see if it works, it does. But still waiting.

@GM_Francis This is 4th day since i could not retrieve my 5k TP and logged ticket to the support. There is only one reply and put as ā€˜In-progress’ and yet no reply after that like you guys wont care! What I see from Support is copy and paste all the reply templates, very disappointed and sick on these kind of reply.

I would try to make a complaint to the steam if possible for these kind of irresponsible attitude shown by IMC. (At least I knew steam support is way better than IMC support)

this is really sad. we paid for something which we cannot get… and all the staff is off on new year holiday not caring about what’s happening (this issue happened since christmas period - they had a few days after christmas before new year to fix it but nothing is done) … I believe we should get compensation for this

great, I tried buying 100tp just to see if it will work… it doens’t work… now I have 2 tp bundles unable to be claimed…

edit: 100tp works , i was able to receive, but still cannot claim the other bigger bundle : S

Same problem here. Bought 100 TPs and can’t ā€œuseā€ them. From Silute.

Same problem here. Bought the novice pack and received nothing. Can’t even refund it. Asked to authenticate steam account when trying to send a ticket despite the fact that my account has already been authenticated. Seriously, what a joke.
