Dear Customer Rep.
I purchased 2 DLC packages from steam store. However, when I try to access it in the lodge, it simply says “This DLC Package can be redeemed in 3 hours”. However, despite waiting for more than few days, it never came through. I tried it in many different ways, but it seems like none of those work. Please help me to retrieve these DLC packages!
