Unable to Change Wig Dye

Character Name: Heye

Bug Description: Cannot select ANY “Wig Dye” color in F1 (Other characters on account work fine)
Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Keyboard/Controller

Comment: I was trying to change the gender of the character through the Oracle Shop but it requires the character to return to a default hair dye. For some reason, my character is unable to switch hair colors. All OTHER characters can change their hair dye just fine.

(Possible Reasons for Glitch: Main character was originally a Male character and has a larger selection of hair dyes compared to the other characters)

This might help speed up the glitch fixing.

I’ve noticed that when I hover over the “Ash Blonde” Dye (my current active dye), you have to angle it a certain way to display “Ash Blonde.”

It could be that the problem has something to do with that dye.

I have the same problem, I can not change the color of my hair, I need to make the gender change of my char.

I’m a Silute server player.
