Unable to BUY anything on market even after the 72 hour wait period

Already submitted a ticket about this only to get an automated reply about the 72 hour waiting period that should not affect buying from the market.

Please fix this annoying bug as it’s hindering my gameplay and wasting precious token time.

Date and Time : 17.6.2016 19:45 GMT +3

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Any

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Can’t buy anything from the market even after getting to lvl 40 on multiple characters and waiting through the 72 hour wait period

Bug Description : Get an error message saying “This function will be available on 16-06-21 5:58” when trying to buy from the market.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Wait for 72 hours
  2. Get to lvl 40 on two characters
  3. Try to buy anything on the market
  4. Get error message

I’m not quite sure if they will “fix” something that is scheduled to yet be allowed

And the funny part comes later. Waiting 2 days to retrieve the silver from sales :laughing:

Trading will now be restricted to cases which fulfill all of the following conditions:
a) TOS account is over 7 days old (Not 72h)
b) Character is over level 40

Is your ToS account 1 week old ?

I participated in the Closed Beta, so it should be over 7 days old. Or does that not count?

Also thought it only restricted selling items, not buying them, on the market.

So it’s supposed to be so that ‘new’ players can not buy anything from the market for 7 days after starting out?

Would really like to get a response to this. The only link I found with a representatives response said there is only a limit to new accounts trading and that you could still buy from the market.

Submitted another ticket and this one got a response saying they’d forward this to the development team for further review.

In the meantime token time is running and can’t be bothered to play without getting good lvl 40 gear. Buying from the NPCs seems like a waste of money and time.

Really hope they can solve this and noone else has to go through it.

So waited the 7 days from 14th to 21st and now I can buy items off the market.

Didn’t get any message from the devs or moderators, just two automated responses to tickets.

Really annoyed by this whole ordeal.
