Unable to access one character due to missing channels / error message " The Server is Closed" even though other characters can access

(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
Onlu one character stated above has problems logging in. This character is unable to log in and everytime i try it just gives me a message saying “This Server Is Closed.”

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Enter server
  2. Select Character
  3. Unable to enter / it shows no channels
  4. Error message “Server Closed”

You saved on the map “Rainbow Klaipeda” which is a temporary map for an event that doesn’t exist anymore. Try to fill a ticket to support explaining your situation and asking for someone to “teleport” your character back to town.

I still don’t get why the game doesn’t teleport you automatically to a town when you try to log back with a character that is stuck on a map with no channels… :tired:

Where does it say Rainbow Klaipeda :o I don’t see it on the screenshot?
