My whole build is oriented to overcoming this issue. Hope I get good results 
you will have better results grinding in parties in high level zones. But yesā¦level grinding is a chore. very horrid.
What do you expect 
I donāt think people want to be stuck in zones that they are forced to level in becuase of the experience and Damage restrictions put amongst higher level monsters. There will be many upset players if this is really the caseā¦

I donāt think this is true maybe its just a bug or something else thatās hindering your dmg
