Two team names collision possibility after transferring server

Hi, I already have a character and TeamName in Klaipeda, and I plan to transfer my TeamName into the SEA server when available which, I read will be at a later date.
However, right now I want to create a new character in the SEA server, but I will have to create a new TeamName in the SEA server in order to create a character.

So, basically here’s the question.
If I were to create a new TeamName in the SEA server, would I still be able to transfer my current TeamName in Klaipeda into the SEA server when available?

If you transfer your Klaipeda team to the SEA server, your SEA server team will be overwritten. So there’s no point leveling on the SEA server if you’re going to transfer.
