You mean their explanation on how they were unprepared for supporting as few as the starting amount of people in the previous beta?
Regardless of how many sales were made in the last 24 hours they know it took 4+ servers to service 130K people months ago.
This time around people payed and the experience is as bad if not worse than back in december.

If you can provide me with a solid analysis of how someone can predict the future without overcompensating then please do so. Until then, you should support the team and I am sure they’ll be more than happy to get things back up and running asap.
I don’t know man its like we have not had TWO beta for them to learn this.
We didn’t have 140k people sign up for the second beta only to have this exact problem when it launched
But no you’re right this is obviously not enough to know better.
There is a difference between supporting a company when they do well and calling them out when they don’t. Take the corporate member out of your mouth and speak up about issues so they can learn from mistakes better.

here is some analysis, 130k+ ppl played in the closed beta in november, it took 4+ servers to provide acceptable gameplay…they knew more than 130k ppl were buying the EA option on steam so how is this even close to being prepared…also keep in mind they had 2 extra weeks from when they initially planned on launching the EA servers.

IMC and Steam reported sales numbers which amounted to more than the amount of players in the last beta.
Obviously if 2 servers weren’t enough the why would they be now?
Coupled with the fact that it’s been months since then last beta and the relase for this was delayed an additional week.
IMC already has my money so that’s my support. Now I want what they promised one thing at a time, starting with a server i can log into without a queue time.
Initial hype will die soon, queues will become tolerable in a few days. Nothing to fret about.

a few days is too long to wait after paying 50$ for EA…they knew 2 servers didnt work in the beta, they should know that it wont work when anyone can pay and play now.
You do know they delayed the release for over a week already. Plus quite a few people paid $50 to get in.

Queues were not supposed to exist in the early access according to IMC.
“Tolerable” is too much. What we are experiencing right now is unacceptable.

you knew the servers were located in NA…don’t be shedding tears now that you are experiencing lag, at least IMC is catering to you
