I don’t understand what you mean, the drop locations are the same for any other weapon already in-game… 
Krendall = Hunting Grounds 120/150
Reine = Hunting Grounds 170
Pajoritas = Hunting Grounds 230/240
Migantis = Hunting Grounds 270
Pevordimas = Hunting Grounds 315
Vienarazis = Dungeon 290 Cube
Skull Breaker = World Boss or Cardboard cubes
Lolopanther = Earth Tower 20F
Solmiki = Earth Tower 40F

You only need to have the attribute
Of course they are, like any other weapon!
They are a separate bunch of weapons, like one-handed swords and two-handed swords, they simply added them in this patch (in the same way as they did in the past with Rapiers) again, you obtain them in the same way and in the same places as every other weapon. 
@adrian.agulto.rn He is asking for locations drops, not how you equip them.
Yeah, and since it is the same weapons, you just need the attribute to get those old 1 handed blunts to be 2H bluts, correct?
… No. They’re completely different weapons. New added weapons, new added recipes for them as well.
You have two types of maces now, like you have two types of swords, spears, and technically staffs.
