You can turn on or off some attributes in the Skill window, scroll down all the way and you will see a button with a circle in it, click and it will switch to the other side with an X indicating it is off.
It would be nice to have them able to toggle on and off by placing it on the action bar for in combat quick change. I find it annoying and hard to open my skill window and scroll down every time I want to Smite an enemy into or out of the group.
True, i do believe way later, IMC might do something about it tho.

Personally I do not like add-ons, if the game dose not have it implemented officially I am not a fan.
